3. For list consideration, each employer must complete both survey portions:
- Employer Questionnaire (completed online) and
- Employee Survey process. Employee surveys can be conducted online (70% of employees must have email to utilize this option) or via paper.
4. Pricing for this program is based on the number of employees working for your organization in Maryland. View pricing here.
5. Complete the registration form below by June 16, 2017. To make registration quick and easy, please have contact information for a primary, secondary, IT, executive, and PR contact prior to proceeding.
